Try to resync the mouse by resetting or even reinstalling the program on your computer. I have had to reset mine many times, and actually had to reinstall the program Sources: Experiance .

Troubleshooting Sequence Here is the most logical troubleshooting sequence... 1. Check to see that the receiver for the wireless keyboard/mouse is plugged into the back of the computer. There is likey two connectors.2.Reboot.

If the mouse operates again but only for a short while then replace the mouse batteries.4. If mouse not operating try resetting the channel on the mouse by depressing the button on the reciever and then the small button on the bottom of the mouse (small inset button under the mouse as it sets on the table top). This will sync channels again.5.

Test keyboard and mouse. If mouse operates again but only for a short period after a rest... then replace batteries.6. If mouse still not functioning then go to Start>Control Panel>System>Device Manager and go to the mouse driver and delete it.Reboot... and reinstall driver according to intructions on screen (you have PlugNPlay... very likely).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
