Take him out! Be happy about the fact that he's not peeing in his crate and wants to go out! Reward him letting you know he has to pee by taking him out.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
