Better Homes and Gardens Eat Well Loose Weight I bought this cookbook at Sam's Club a few months ago for less then $20. It came with a free subscription to a 'Eat Heart Healthy" magazine. My daughter took it home and I haven't got it back!

She loves the many recipes in it and has lost some weight too. She can tell you ALL the calories in everything you pick up! I did get to look at it and it had a lot of USEFUL and not junk URL1 many have stuff that I would never eat.

I only buy Better Homes and Garden cookbooks or Taste of Home. They have 'tested recipes' in them and they always taste good..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
