The only options I can see is to talk to your neighbours about it, make them aware, report it to the complex managers or try to move out.
Talk politely with your neighbours to see if they can reduce the noise abit. Obviously the condo has bad sound insulation. If does not resolve, talk with condo management.
Last resort- move out. Remember, the next time try not to buy a condo. It's what you may get with it.
If you must find one built with cement framing not wood. Wood framed built condo apartments are horrible at sound insulation.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
