No monitor display ,monitor light is blinking,smps -cpu fan is ok. ram is also ok what will be the problem?

I would strongly recommend having an electrician come to your house and check your wiring of the house and the fridge. Power interruptions in-house can be an indicator of bad things to come. The last thing you want is a house fire.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
