Not doing something right with my tags my tags are red your tags and everybody tags are white?

There is nothing wrong with you tags. Everyone's tags look red to them. The X is there so you can delete them.

It's probably because you're logged in to HubPages. If you log out of HubPages then go view one of your hubs, the tags will probably be white just like everyone else's.

Again, I suggest you take these questions to Extreme Hub Makeover on the forums. It will be very helpful. Just glancing, you might have too many tags, I have seen it suggested to keep them down to about 15.

And try to use caps for the first letter in the sentence and then use lower case for the rest.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
