Now that it has been confirmed that Assad uses Chemical Weapons is it the time to intervene in Syria?

If backed into a corner, Assad will. Especially if he sees that he has nothing to lose, which he is almost at that point. However, I think the world will be dragged into a world war if this happens.

Iran will get involved, we will attack Iran, and the Russians through a mutual defence pact will back the Iranians. Add to that Israel getting their licks and the surrounding countries try attacking Israel with them going nuclear and then in retaliation Russia will go nuclear. America will then go nuclear.

This thing could get really ugly really quickly.

Assad will sneak out of Syria quietly to save his own skin. Cuba and Venezuela have been mentioned as possibilities but it's more likely he'll end up in Britain.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
