I am a MtF transsexual and I can answer that one- Years ago, when I was a little boy, I had to wear a pair of panties when I was visiting my aunt's house- I had no clean clothes, so she dug out a pair of clean panties (brand-new) and a long T-shirt to wear home. I didn't like the feeling of boy parts on my legs and I cried about it until she got me some underwear to wear. When I was growing up, I thought boy's underwear was made from scraps left over from sewing panties because of the patched-together look in the front- it never occurred to me that boys could use the opening to pee through.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
