OK, does anyone have any tips on cooking on a wok? I bought one from IKEA and I really want to learn how to use it?

Cook with olive oil. EVOO extra virgin olive oil. Get some chicken breasts and cut them up and cook them first in the wok until they are fully cooked through.

Add some pepper or spices to spice it up. Once done, remove the chicken from the wok and cover in a seperate bowl to keep warm. Then get some green peppers, red peppers, onions, mushrooms, and any other vegetables you would like and sautee those in the wok.

When doing this have a little EVOO in there to help cook it. Maybe 1 tablespoon. Depends on how much your cooking.

Once the onions get a little brown throw your chicken back in there to warm back up. Then place some soy sauce over everything and let that warm up a little. There ya go you got some stir fry.

Thats what I make in my wok a lot. You can just make changes to your taste w/ vegetables and spices and EVOO.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
