Okay all you fishing people out there ~ fishing time is here......yay! I need to know how to tie a knot in fishing line. I am hanging a half dozen glass prisms in the house and I am using stuff that looks just like fishing line.

I need you to tell me the best way to knot it so it does not come out. PLEASE ~ talk to me like I was 15 years old (so I get it LOL)......thanks! We love stuff like this.

Mirror balls, disco balls etc. So now that the sun is out more often I want to add these prisms I got! Asked by Mugsie! ™ 30 months ago Similar questions: fishing people time yay tie knot line Sports & Recreation > Fishing.

Geez, here I thought it was a fishing question! The simplest knot and one of the strongest is a square knot. It's easy to remember - right over left then left over right..

1 Not sure how to describe it but my knots hold big time. You basically put the line through what you are going to tie and then wrap the line around itself making a small open loop at the top of the opening. Now twist the line over and over then put the end of the line back through the small loop at the top or opening.

Now wet the line and pull the line through the opening and it will cinch up like a hangman's noose... Let me know if this makes sense to you? This user has been banned from Askville.

2 Run the line through the item.....then wrap the line three times around it self..leaving the last loop loose...now slide the line through that last loop and PULL....it should lock off all by itself..now trim off the excess: YOU JUST CREATED.......a three place sliding loop lock knot ( that will not slip out unless actually cut loose)Blessings.......Annlee .

3 That is exactly my knot as well Annlee but I wrap it about 6 times it builds a stronger knot for fish. Smile This user has been banned from Askville.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
