Since Sally beAUTY SUPPLY IS FOR PROFESSINALS, BY law THEY DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE DIRECTIONS. However..did you purchase hair color & developer? If your planning to go from brunette to blonde beige.....using hair color will NEVER work, unless your a very light bruneete and you purchased 40 volume developer. To obtain the results YOU WANT, you need BLEACH and 40 volume developer...then you can use a tONER and tone it to beige blond.

Now if you buy bleach, get an oil bleach, its slow but gentler to your hair, depending on what condition your hair is in. Is it virgin? Has it been colored or bleached before?

Is it ethnic? Dry? Anyway wet your hair & towel dry it....DO NOT WASH IT!

Then use a heavy conditioner like KPAC, Hayashi 911 etc..coat the hair really well, then apply your bleach. You will need to watch it, it can take anywhere from 3-55 minutes. BLEACH IS WHITE..this does not mean your hair is white...after 35 minutes, take a wet paper towel and pull the bleach off of a strand of your hair and look at the actual color....if its not light enough ..continue timing, but make sure you re-touch up that strand with new bleach.

I have done more corrections from people being UNDER PROCESSED. Once its to your liking, wash your hair well, then apply either clariol peroxide toner or clairol BORNE BLONDE(I perfer this one no chemicals) use #356 BEIGE BLOND, its very pretty. Mix it up, apply, leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse....DO NOT RE-WASH.

You might want to go to a professinal colorist to have this done, its alot of instruction & work for a newbie.....you will only find instruction on NON professional hair coloring boxes.

General timing instructions The usual instructions for dyeing hair are: If you've never dyed your hair you apply the mixed product all over and let it work for about 20 minutes, If you have dyed your hair before, apply first to the roots and let set for 15 to 20 minutes, then apply to remainder of hair and leave on an additional 10 minutes. You'll then rinse thoroughly in the shower and apply a hair conditioner for about 3 minutes, rinse again. Since you're going lighter you might want to have a friend help you apply the product on the hair in the back so you get even coverage.

Otherwise your hair color could come out chunky or spotty. Another hint: apply some vaseline/petroleum jelly to your forehead, cheeks, and back of neck in case any dye drips. The vaseline will be an occlusive barrier and keeps the dye from staining your skin.Be sure to wear protective vinyl gloves when doing this.

Good luck! .

Hair dying This is an interesting question because in searching for an answer, I did not find anyone to commit to anything other than 'the instructions on the box. ' I will tell you from personal experience that all of the dyes I have used call for 20 minutes dyeing time with an extra 10 for newly dyed or light to dark colors.

1 Go to another store and look at instructions.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
