On ABC's TV show LOST, where do you think they people are?

Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse have been seriously dropping hints about Time Travel|time travel being an important part of the mystery of the island, including allusions to the island's disappearance at the end of the last season being due to time travel. As to the exact when, I think it could be anywhen, but the time period when the Black Rock first appeared on the island would be most interesting.

The island is actually the 13th colony, and Dharma invented Cylons. Of course, they won't tell us about it for at least another season and a half.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
