They really pay that money. At the end of every week and at around 8 EST they send out an email to the winners and announce the top 30 people who have gotten the most GAV’s (Great Answer Votes). They then pay $100 to the first person, $97 to the second, $94 to the third person, and finally $13 to the 30th person.So if you can get to top 30 you get a decent amount of money for the work you have done during the week, otherwise answering NowNow questions for 2 cents is not really worth it.

You can also ask questions. Also there are some transcription works that have good payout. You get to earn around $5 for a good transcription of an 8-10 minute audio file.

You don’t use your Askville ID, per se. You, however, use your Amazon account. Since, I presum, your Amazon account and Askville account are associated to the same email address, they recognize that you are the same person.

Yes. I did an experiment and the answer is yes. I activated my L1 coin multiplier and went to MTurk and answered a question.

Even if I hit when my multiplier is off it does work. It is different in Askville. In Askville if you take the answer slot *before* you turn on your multiplier, the multiplier does not work for that specific answer.

There is however another difference. In Askville you can take up to 10 answer slots and hold them and answer them later but in MTurk you cannot accept more than 1 HIT at a time! I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
