You have to get on your router and release the IP. That puts it back into the ISPs pool. Disconnect your modem and wait a few hours.

If your ISP has some contention, the IP will be reused. But be aware that if there is no IP churn, it will likely assign you the same one!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
