You're too specific in what you expect a school to teach you. You need to find one that will teach you illustration, story-telling, screenwriting, computer animation and film-making. There are plenty good ones out there: NYU, UCLA, Columbia College in Chicago, and probably more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
