Not necessarily. They have some good points, but the problem is no one has created a "mutt" registry to find out how pervasive these illnesses are in non-purebreds. It could be an artificial argument.
I support the idea of not breeding to extremes in physique, though!
I am a bit biased since I have actually worked with USA Network on the Westminster Dog Show in the past. While I certainly believe in the ethical treatment of animals, and have always adopted strays or mutts/cats from a shelter or a pound, I personally do not have a problem with the dog show. I also find their KKK imagery offensive.
I'm sorry, but I can't take seriously any animal rights group that condemns others for the euthanasia of strays as a result of overpopulation and is then caught euthanizing strays. Furthermore, how can you stand behind a group that considers eating meat as morally identical to the Holocaust?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
