PHP form not updating mysql database?

Your form does not send id parameter. Try adding following line to your form.

Your Problem is, that there is no field id in your form, hence no $_REQUEST'id' in updated. Php, leading to a query.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
