Playing Xbox game on XBOX 360 / Download Issues?

On the console you bought them on, you should be able to play the games offline. If you move the game to another console, you must be logged in to Xbox Live with the account that bought it. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
