Please suggest some more gender-neutral personal names that are usual in the USA?

Please suggest some more gender-neutral personal names that are usual in the USA. I'm not talking about names that used to be men's (such as Evelyn) but now are used solely for women. Nor am I talking about surnames used as personal names -- a practice that used to be applied only to males, but no longer is -- such as Ashley, Taylor, or Madison; this is too flexible.

I'm talking about common names like Sandy, Chris, Pat, and Tracy. (i think that Bobbi is always female, Bobby always male, and Bobbie could be either. ) The first three are nicknames, but Tracy is usually a full given name (except as a nickname for Theresa?) -- examples of full given names would be most desirable.

Pick a good American Name! If you name your child some weak little name that can be used for either sex then the other kids will make fun of him or her and make her life a living hell. I grew up in NYC and the kids with clever parents that gave their kids trendy names were put through hell.

I have named my daughter Katie. It is a name for a girl because she is a girl. My next child will hopefully be Thomas..

Christian to name one.... trying to think of others.... patrice is generally masculine but have seen it be given to women. Corey carol merry just to name a few off the top of my head. They aren't as popular in the us but I have heard of them .

Terry! My husband's name is Terry (no kidding, I have seen his birth certificate, and it says Terry - it is not short for Terrence), and I am able to call people - say, the bank, credit card companies, utilities companies, etc. And can do his business, without them being the wiser. If I have all of his information, and can recite it forwards and backwards, how can they know that the person they should be speaking to is male?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
