The photo is real. You can see that the color temperature of both the student and Barry O is the same. The motion blur of both people is also about the same too.
The light falloff making the bottom third of the image dark and murky is the same too. They also appear to be the correct perspective and size too. All of these elements are very difficult to pull off in photoshop to create an image that look real when it isn't.
Your eye can detect minute differences in lighting, such as how the shadows fall, very easily which makes making fake photos looking real extremely difficult. All images are "photoshoped" to some degree. This image was most likely edited, or Photoshoped, as you put it by adjusting the exposure, highlights, shadows, and contrast.
But it certainly not a composition of multiple shots.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
