I think he honestly believes he has a lot to offer but I would hope he steps aside soon to let some younger guys in. Leave him in test but give him the tap on the shoulder for ODI's. We need to blooding some new guys rather than just hanging on too long to the older guys.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
