Kids that age don't have dreams like that unless they have seen or been through that type of abuse. I would say there is a pretty good chance your niece has been sexually abused. If she seemed afraid to answer any questions, she might have been threatened with additional physical abuse.

The incident with CPS seems like enough reason to keep the child out of that environment, but if that isn't reason enough, the high likelihood that the child had to undergo molestation should convince anyone to keep the children away.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
