Tr/english/world/11368179. AspUS president condemns North Korea launch as reckless, provocative TOKYO - North Korea's rocket launch rattled all of East Asia on Sunday and U.S. President Barack Obama led global condemnation of "a provocative act" that he said required a strong international response. Obama said nuclear-armed North Korea had tested a ballistic missile in defiance of U.N. resolutions.

South Korea, which called the act "reckless", and Japan put their militaries on heightened alert. China and Russia pleaded for restraint while the U.N. Security Council was called into emergency session. Comments of censure were quickly fired from world capitals after the isolated Stalinist state launched what it said was a satellite broadcasting "immortal revolutionary songs".

Absolutely not! As a Repugnant, I must object to everything Pres Obama does even if, it is helping an elderly Republican Lady across a busy street. Our Party (praise be to the Republican Universal Party a god) mantra demands that we refute any good idea Pres Obama has since, for the last eight years we ain't never done gone n got any!

We, the party a god in A-Mur-A-Ka, therefore don't see no good reason why our good friends in N. Korea shouldn't develope an intercontinental ballistic missile able to strike the US West coast, iffin they be a wantin ta. North Korea, Iran and other fundie countries who hate Westerners in general and the US in particular, together wif tha Republican Party, must fight Pres Obama and other intellectuals or liberals, but I repeats myself.

Obstruct, down with knowledge, imprison smart peoples evawhere, this here is tha Repugnant Mantra, put down by god herself n forced upon the new Peasant Class of A-Mur-A-Ka whot we done created in jest 8 short yars wif the ass-ist-sistanse of the Karl Rove and other speakers for god. All prase the Karl, leeder fur life DaDa. Sources: rednecksputter (redneck phillosopher).

1 Nope, I am not one bit concerned Spikejones. I am sure he will write a "strongly worded letter".

2 Or he could do what Bush did - stop selling them IPods and motorized scooters! Way to really scare someone..... If he had been deal with long ago, instead of ignored, this would not be Obama's problem. Sadly, it is just one more mess left by the previous administration for Obama to clean up.

There's no putting it back in the bottle. The leadership of North Korea is certifiably insane, and until there's regime change, and hopefully at least a pretense of sane interaction with the rest of the world we remain hostage to the tantrums of a lunatic child throwing tantrums for attention and to misguide the home populace. How do you deal with that?

4 North Korea may be a "nuclear state", but it doesn't have much "nuclear power". It could only launch a limited attack against a country, and I'm sure North Korea knows that if they attacked any country with nuclear missiles that the US would retaliate with a limited strike that would turn Pyongyang into a smoking, glowing crater. The leader of North Korea would have to be totally insane to.......Oh yeah.

Never mind.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
