Make sure you have all the drivers backed backed up first for your system. Like for example the intel motherboard drivers, audio, graphics, wireless, ethernet and hard drive controller. You can get these from the manufactures website of your computer.
If you have the CD of your operating system you can go into BIOS. Upon boot up keep pressing , F8 , F10or F11. Change boot from Hard drive to boot from CD>F10 to save changes then Insert the CD.
On start up keep tapping either F1, F2, F10,(Be Aware that some manufacturers use F10 for system recovery!) Esc, or Del, to enter the BIOS set-up. Look for "Drive configuration", "Boot order" or similar and make the CD/DVD drive the first boot device. Save settings and exit.
Start your computer from the Windows CD/DVD. To do this, insert the CD/DVD into your CD/DVD drive, and then restart your computer. When you see the "Press any key to boot from CD" message, press a key to start the computer from the CD/DVD.
Or Your CD/DVD drive is fried. Or Try logging on to an Administrators account.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
