Unfortunately, there's no ACTUAL answer for this, just pure luck really. I've been trying to fix this issue for the past week and had absolutely no success until just a few minutes ago after I literally tried signing in non-stop for 5 minutes. So here's exactly what I did: I tried signing into the PS network and was prompted that I needed to change my password.
At first I got the 80710D36 error message, so instead I went to the PS store and tried logging in that way. It still told me I had to change my password but then it actually gave me the message that an e-mail had been sent to me. After that it was all a matter of me constantly clicking on the link until it *miraculously* allowed me to change my password and I've FINALLY signed in.
Again, I wish there was a definitive answer to give you since I was looking for the same thing just 30 min ago but I have a feeling it's a server issue right now w/ all the people trying to download the "Welcome Back" package =( I know it's not much but just keep trying! The fact that I finally got to change my password AND sign-in on the same day is the only reason I'm trying to give you hope lol Good luck =).
It happened with me but then I forgot about it but after few days I made psn resend the email to me and I was able to change the password. Wait for few days it will come back.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
