Python 2.7, ValueError when dealing with HTMLParser?

This format string looks broken: print("Found Link --> {". Format(value)). You need to change this to print("Found Link --> {key}".

Format(key = value)).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
