The deep web is made up of websites that aren't part of the normal part of the internet. They're like the darkened back alleys of a major city. These sites don't have domain names, just IP addresses, and they don't advertise.
So unless you already know one of these sites' addresses, you would never find it. Fortunately, there are lists of such sites, like the old BBS's of long ago. You don't have to use TOR to access such sites but due to the subject matter on many of them, it's highly recommended.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
