On my dual-sport, the rear brake cable attaches onto an arm mechanism (which moves when rear brake is pressed). From what I can remember, at the end of the cable where it goes into the mechanism there is a stop kinda thing that can be screwed off or on, if you want to slack or tighten the cable. I had to tighten this to stop the rear foot brake going down further, then it did before I removed the wheel.
Not sure if this will help, but it might be something simple like that..
Going to guess... Tension spring on the pull-rod needs to be tighter. Pull the rear drum lever forward until fully locked, tighten the inside nut on the tension rod all the way in than back it off about three whole turns, adjust from there.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
