Regarding the variability in quality of some managed pages at Mahalo, would 2 pages with the same title be considered, differentiated by TM?

The page management system at Mahalo is still very new. Only since the beginning of June have members been able to claim pages, and a new system was implemented at the same time... this led to some pages having layout issues when they were brought over, like some of the how to pages. These are being fixed slowly, as page managers take them over and fix them.In addition to that, there will always be variable quality to different people's writing.

Mahalo is implementing a "nudge" system soon where you will be able to nudge the page manager and send a note when you see something that is wrong with their page or missing information. The problem with what you are suggesting, as I see it, is that there would be too many of the same topic pages out there with no way for the visitor to easily find the one that is the best.In addition to that, Google and other search engines will list them with the name you give them, which will lead to confusion on the part of the searcher. If I am looking for information on Las Vegas Hotels then I am more likely to click on a page that is titled that, than Las Vegas Hotels Hsi.

Who made the page is really URL3 many cases, several people have contributed to a page. Black Belts can go change pages if there is incorrect information and so can staff. In addition to that, if a page is brought to the attention of staff as being underdeveloped, and they do not receive any response to their attempts to contact that page manager, they can liberate the page and give it to someone who will complete it.(They do contact the page manager first to let them fix the page.

It is really the best way for them to learn to be better page managers. ) In short, what you are proposing is not needed, although I do understand why you brought it up. The system will catch up with those pages, and we can all help by reporting them to staff for now, and soon, by nudging the page manager and politely explaining what we think is missing from their page.

Mahalo!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
