Rick Perry Wants to End the Direct Election of Senators by Repealing the Seventeenth Amendment?

Rick Perry is an utter moron and its amazing how popular he is, right now. In reality, he's one of the worst governors in TX history. The debt is out of control under him, he' spent more than any other governor in state history, their education system is horrible, he supports amnesty for illegal aliens and those jobs he "created" are all minimum wage, crappy jobs that he takes credit for.

TX also has the highest percentage of citizens making minimum wage in the entire country. Expect an Obama landslide victory if Perry wins the primary.

He can have a whole bushel basket of wants, but only the congress can make or eliminate laws, and make changes to the constitution, which 2/3 of the states have to approve to become law or go into effect, so what's the worry. This is not the first time some politician ,from either party has come up with strange ideas. Look at the crackpot idea of some democrats to take our guns away, and some of the other laws to restrict our freedoms.

One man or women, no matter the party can impose their belief on us.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
