Should A Group Of People Speaking A Separate Language Be Superior To A Group Speaking A Dialect?

It's a bit too general a question! Maybe education plays the main factor here or is it cultural superiority as a political power tool?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
