Should applications only address residents in area-wide populations and population subgroup analyses and plans?

All activities supported through this FOA must be designed to either achieve, or build community capacity to achieve, area-wide health improvements and reductions in health disparities. Area-wide efforts should address all members of the community within the area to be served. This would include populations who may not have residency in the community (e.g. , military staff, college students, etc.), but are part of the overall community make-up and could benefit from the strategies being put in place.

Additionally, successful applicants will be required to identify population subgroups experiencing health disparities, select population subgroups to address, and identify specific outcomes to narrow gaps. Applicants will be accountable for both population-wide improvement and narrowing of specific gap(s) in health outcomes. More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
