I think Warner should and will make the Pro Football Hall of Fame. When you combine his Super Bowl appearances, Pro Bowl appearances, MVP's and maybe most importantly winning a Super Bowl, he definitely makes it. He threw for over 32,000 yards and 208 touchdowns yet started his NFL career at the age of 27.

Those numbers alone without the Super Bowl victory would get serious consideration for the Hall. Imagine how those numbers project had he played in the NFL from the age of 22 to 27. Then you're talking more along the lines of 50,000 yards and 300 touchdown passes, maybe another few Pro Bowls and depending on the team another Super Bowl.

Of course, can't judge on "what if" but just to project is fun. Based on what he did accomplish though, the type of leadership he displayed. I say certainly he should make it.

He seems to be a great man on top of it all, hope the writers make the correct choice and elect him when his time comes.

While I've always been a big fan of Kurt Warner, even when he was picking apart my beloved Niners, I don't think his resume warrants a place in the Hall of Fame. Sure he played amazingly well in a few playoff games, and his career stats are moderately impressive, but they aren't amazing, and he was unable to sustain his success for longer than 2-3 years at a time throughout his career. As a whole, players like Vinny Testaverde, Jim Everett, Dave Krieg, Steve DeBerg, and Drew Bledsoe had more consistent statistical careers.

They may not have been better players, but at least the teams they played for knew they were going to get a solid performance out of them. There's just oo much Dr. Hyde in Mr Warners football DNA, you never knew what you were going to get that year. So again, in conclusion, the answer is no.

He was clutch, dare I even use the word "great" for a few years, but he was also among the worst QB's in the league other years.

I’ll say yes. You don’t put up numbers like Kurt Warner did and not at some time get picked for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Just the winning MVP for 1991 and 2001 on top of Super Bowl MVP for Super Bowl XXXIV guarantees he will be inducted at some point.

Let just look at some numbers. Kurt Warner: Attempts: 4,070 Completions: 32,344 Yards 32,344 Touchdowns: 208 Interceptions: 128 Rating: 93.7 Roger Staubach: Attempts: 2,958 Completions: 1,685 Yards 22,700 Touchdowns: 153 Interceptions: 109 Rating: 83.4 Troy Aikman: Attempts: 4,715 Completions: 2,898 Yards 32,942 Touchdowns: 165 Interceptions: 141 Rating: 81.6 You can have a few bad years and still make it to the hall of fame. Most quarterbacks do their worst at the begging and the end of their careers.

While Kurt just decided to do it in the middle. But he should have to wait well beyond some of the others waiting to get into the hall. The message should be you can have a bad year, but excellence can never be taken away.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
