Should celebrity sex tapes be illegal?

Honestly, I have no sympathy. If you make a tape like that, you're trusting the other person to not distribute it. With technology the way it is, you know full well that that tape could be all around the globe within minutes.

If you can't trust the person, don't make the tape! Celebrities should know by now that their relationships tend to be flashes in the pan, and they've seen many, many before them be humiliated by such tapes. It's sheer hubris to assume they're somehow immune.

Now, if the recording was made without their knowledge, then possession or distribution of it is in extremely poor taste, and maybe that should be illegal.

No they should not be illegal. If they make this tape they know there is some voyeur who will watch it and therefore someone to make money. This is why you see all the celebrity nude sites on the internet-I don't know why people feel they are different.

Now the Mindy Mcready tape will be coming out. You give up your right to privacy when you knowingly make the tape. I guess it's just a different sort of paparazzi.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
