Yes, you should grow a beard. Beards are fine for librarians. The most famous librarian of all, Melvil Dewey, had a beard.
Unless you are trying for the world record, it will have no effect on your 5k. Even if you are, it probably will not make any difference. Not many runners have beards, but I came across one professional, Nate "Grizzly" Jenkins. All the Runners I've seen have been very clean shaven:
Seriously... For a 5K, I doubt a beard would make a difference. It might even insulate you. As for librarians... I think I beard might make you "learned".Dude beards are awesome grow that thing out and be proud, but don't go all mountain man keep it in check, but don't do some half beard thing it's dumb.
Well you will certainly sweat more while you're running if you grow a beard, but if it's well-kept I don't see any problems with the grad school.
I don't think you need a beard to be a librarian. Clean shaved face will look more professional.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
