Should I preorder the PS4 or just get a used XBox 360 now?

Well there is not much of a difference between Xbox One and PS4 only few things like Xbox is offering kinect control and carry forwarding of achievement to new console from Xbox 360. Apart from that PS4 is as good as Xbox One is so mostly you have to choose according to your preference and exclusive game selection. Since you like Infamous that is a PS4 exclusive and they are launching its latest part (Infamous Second Son) on PS4 so I would suggest that yes go for PS4.

If it is ok then go for PS4 however if you want to keep your achievements then you should go with Xbox One. Both are equally good consoles and choice is mostly the exclusive preference now.

Microsoft are doing their best to take back everything they said earlier this year. There are about 140 titles coming out for the ps4, but xbox paid these companies not to reveal to the public. There are so much titles we are unaware of for Sony next console.
