Should I re-home my aggresive puppy?

No good breeder would have sold you two puppies together as they bond with each other and not you, its called litter mate syndrome. Separate them straight away. They can see each other a couple of times a day for short, supervised sessions but thats it.

You have to handle and train them separately until they are 6 - 10 months old, its essential. Edit; Its clear you don't want to get rid of one, but as well as the training issue at some point they are going to breed and then you have another set of nightmare issues to deal with.

Take on back to that BYB, as no reputable breeder would sell two pups/litter mates other than to make money. It will be next impossible to train two pups at the same time. In about 18 months and after the first pup is completely trained if you wish you may get another pup.

They're exhibiting litter mate syndrome, research it. I see that you make no mention of taking the pup to a vet for it's injuries? Which is your responsibility to take any new pet and a fresh fecal specimen to a vet within 48 hours of getting it.

For the pups sake return one otherwise this aggression will get worse.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
