Should I tell her about my self harm?

I'm so sorry to hear you've been to so much and you're only fourteen. You should really get professional help, it really does help. If you don't want that (which I totally understand, it can be really scary, and maybe you want to keep it a secret if nobody knows), you have to build your life up again slowly.

You should start eating normally again, which, I know, is SO hard, but just build it up slowly. You might relapse, but don't give up, keep going. When you feel like throwing up, go do something else, maybe go cleaning your room or do your homework, so you do feel like you're doing something good.

I don't really know what to do about the self harm, you might want to try the butterfly method? It never really helped me though, and I never fully recovered, I still relapse every now and then. I think I should have gotten professional help back then.

I don't think this has helped, but I really hope you succeed, and you recover. I wish you all the best, and really hope you'll get better, good luck.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
