Should men give up their children if the law makes it impossible to be a father if the mother gets custody?

Of course it varies from state to state when it come to child custody & visitation. I also think its more one sided & moms get more rights & time. When a father pays his child suport I think he deserves as much time with his child, it sounds to me like your dad is getting a bad deal.

He needs to ask judge in family court for more time. I think school disruption comes into play on this isue also.

I think fathers should have more say than they do- generally mothers have most of the power. However, it does depend on the individual case but the father would only get full custody of the child if the mother was wildly unsuitable as a parent. I think the guy you mention does have a case, at least he should.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
