Would you split custody of two children?(one child stays with father,one with mother)?

One of my family members has just one child. His reasoning is they both work plus he wants to be able to enjoy the good things in life such as vacations. He says with more kids money will be tight.

Their daughter is in private school and he said if they have more kids they couldn't afford that either. Plus he says one child is a hand full for them. I don't understand that since they both work longer hours and their daughter is in school.

The only time they both have her is on weekends. But, that's not for me to judge. Lol I do get why people have just one child.

I have 3 kids and vacations are rare & so is eating out. Even a movie is rare. But, I'm glad my kids have each other for company.

I think it is important for kids to have siblings. I can go on vacations and see movies often when they are grown. We only have our kids for 18 short years.

I can sacrifice the good things in life for now. I'll appreciate vacations more when my kids are grown.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
