Should people be allowed to have tigers and other wild animals as pets?

People should be "certified" through extensive training and have the correct facilities to properly care for wild animal .

I think that wild animals should be left to the wild or in a zoo. When the instincts kick in you never know when a tiger or another wild animal may turn on you. Plus how would you take care of it properly?

Would a regular vet know what to give it for shots etc? I had a friend that had a baby raccoon and raised it, one night it just went crazy and bit and scratched him and drew blood. A day later he turned it over to a game warden to be released into the wild.So now the coon had no idea on how to survive in the wild. Sources: personal opinion .

3 To me, wild animal means just that- wild! If you have the room to let them live in some form of their nature environment, then cool. If not, I don't think it is fair to the animal.

But the big cats are beautiful, and it would be nice to have one as a pet. Pixie - on "the soup" they showed that sleepy bear video - but they said "He's not sleepy, he's dying! " Sick, but it made me look at the video differently!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
