I would say yes because they share the same common terminal.
Compressor to get it started and keep it running. They are a chrome cylinder in oval or round shape. Capacitors have a plastic casing instead of metal.
Terminals on the top. (compressor or fan motor) at a time. Go on opposite terminals.
Compressor AND fan motor) at a time. "FAN", "HERM", and "C". (MFD or "uf") value.
But you can NOT replace with a lower voltage capacitor. Of a dual capacitor. Use the dual capacitor for your compressor.
Recommend doing this when buying a new fan motor.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
