Giving a not helpful vote is due to two reasons one: the answer reported I not correct. In this case you can surely give an not helpful vote. Two: you don't like the person, well in this case, if answer given is correct to context.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
