Shouldn't false rape accusers face the same type of punishment that rapists face?

Definitely. A female who falsely accuses a man of rape should be thrown in for as long as a rapist would,. The reasoning is simple.

The female has committed perjury for one. Secondly, she has irreparably damage the life, reputation and future prospects of the man she has accused. It is tantamount to killing a man emotionally and spiritually and certainly destroyed him financially.

Rape is a serious allegation with very serious consequences. / How would females like it if they were falsely accused of rape or child abuse and thrown in jail? What id the one accused were their brother or son?

But then most females are too shallow, vindictive, egocentric and self-absorbed to think about the pain their actions may cause another and the family of that individual. The world has become a very unkind place since so-called feminism took over the courts. And I used to think communism was bad.

Most rape victims do not see justice - 97% of rapists do not serve jail time. If you attack women who come forward, fewer will and that is the problem. If the punishment would be the same - it would be nothing.

There are laws against perjury for rape like for any crime but perjury like rape must be proven. For most people who attack rape victims - they use stats that are NOT PROVEN so they don't really know. Keir Starmer QC, the director of public prosecutions in the UK did ""Victims of rape and domestic violence must not be deterred from reporting the abuse they have suffered," Starmer says in the foreword to the report.

"We have worked hard to dispel the damaging myths and stereotypes which are associated with these cases. "One such misplaced belief is that false allegations of rape and domestic violence are rife." "Starmer writes: "False allegations of rape are rare, but they can, and do, devastate the lives of those falsely accused and must be treated seriously. My guidance to prosecutors highlights the fact that these cases must be informed by wider circumstances, for example, a prosecution would be highly unlikely where a woman may have retracted a true allegation of rape in the context of an abusive relationship.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
