Of course not. The problem with this "issue," though, is that a handful of "man bites dog" stories about female-on-male rape with the woman seeking custody are used as an excuse to make it all about "save the poor puppies." In the meantime, the "usual stuff" just goes on and on, and the many people with dog bites get rabies.
NO ONE WITH A BRAIN WOULD SAY THE MALE VICTIMS AND THE CHILDREN SHOULD BE IGNORED. NO ONE. Claiming otherwise is disingenuous, and just perpetuates the problem.
And yes, with our political culture's fanatical anti-social orientation, where we pretend there's no society and we all just hang in mid-air, the state will do ANYTHING no matter how stupid or evil to avoid paying for the kid. People who don't like that need to do a little thinking about their opposition to welfare and other social programs.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
