Yes. The truth is that no one knows with any degree of certainty what happens when we die, other than our bodies decompose. What I have come to believe after my long journey in this particular life, is that our consciousness does continue.
What I know for certain is that energy = matter; matter = energy, and energy/matter cannot really be destroyed, but only changes form. So if nothing else, we will become part of the universe again. From the elements in star dust we are formed, and to the stuff of stars we will eventually return.
That's fine with me. What I know for certain is that the people I have loved and who have loved me, will remember me and so I will live on in their memories for as long as they live. That's also fine with me.
What I have come to believe, after a series of deeply moving personal experiences, is that we are physical AND spiritual beings; that all souls are immortal; and that we are each on a journey to learn unconditional love. So that when I return to the spiritual realm, I will assess my behavior in this life, and see what lessons I have yet to be taught in my next incarnation. Eventually, like all souls, after learning and experiencing all I can, I will return with all of my experiences in this universe, to the source of all things ... the conscious, eternal spiritual energy referred to as God.
Yes. I do believe that those who do what God guides them to accomplish for the benefit of humanity, will be reborn as spirit persons in God's kingdom when they die. Others perish at death.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
