NO, no Topic Elf with Santa! The Topic Elf is locked away for the night, just him and a bottle of cheap muscatel, so we don't even have to think about him tonight, lol! As I just wrote on Poppet's Q, we are expecting a full inch of snow in Nashville by morning, yay!

A white Christmas is a rarity here, and I am looking forward to it! BTW, Squeeky, since it sounds like you will be going to the in-laws tomorrow, does Mrs. Squeeky know how to drive the 4x4? Just in case you find the need to get more than half-lit, you guys can still get home safely.

Another day older and deeper in debt. Same as always. Pulling a duty shift tonight, so we'll see if everyone else has a good evening.

I know its been said before, but have a Happy Christmas and a safe trip to the in-laws - make the best of it - at least you don't have to put up with them every day! I'll take the Elf watch for tomorrow in case our friend escapes! .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
