Based on past experience, I'd say... ...when those prizes or the time period in which redemption is valid, what they will offer is about 12 more months of silence and anticipation regarding Questville. As for what they could offer, not much is going to beat an Amazon gift card, with the exception of actual cash. Personally, I have more than enough coffee mugs (I don't even drink coffee), and I need a 3XL t-shirt, so their largest size doesn't even come close to cutting it.

I can imagine a discount coupon...you can buy x% off your entire Amazon order, that would be a good offering. Chocolates, any size and shape I've got Tshirts and mugs and don't need gift cards so really would like to settle on the irresistible stuff, like chocolates or a gift certificate for other goodies. Right now I'm easing up on my accumulation of coins since there isn't anything I'd like to get with them, but maybe soon, who knows. One other thing that would be useful is to have some kind of exchange of points or coins for making a donation to the charity of one's choice, but that might be complicated, don't know really.
