Everyone has to start somewhere. Skating is all about having fun and pushing your own abilities. Who cares what the others think.
Focus on your skating and not them. Those who just sit and watch the whole time usually don't know how to skate anyways. Look at it like this...people may laugh now but when you become good they will want to be like you.
The only way you will get good is to practice and keep skating.
When I practice skateboarding, I just do the same thing over and over again, until I get it right. When I just started skateboarding, I would do an Ollie over and over until I got it right. Even more complicated tricks like kick flips, I would just do it over and over and over.
Rough riding surfaces are responsible for more than half of skateboarding injuries. Initial skating will probably be in the driveway or a skate park. Wherever your child rides, make sure the area is free of rocks, sticks, and other objects.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
