In order not to gain weight while eating delicious breakfast dishes day after day, you must do one simple thing. Infuse yourself with massive guilt. When you bring the fork or spoon to your mouth, remind yourself that one or two bites is all you need.
When you fall off the wagon berate yourself and go to Weight Watchers!
Eating great breakfast is the first thing to do definitely to gain weight but it is not the only factor.
Beside always eat well (not only breakfast ), one must also stress free and have enough sleep and most importantly BE HAPPY. Hopefully by doing all those things, the weight will increase automatically. Peace :).
By eating great breakfast dishes is not the only factor by which one can gain weight. When a person takes enough rest with intake of high calorific food and have the opportunity of being happy and tension less, he/she can gain enough weight.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
